Make a list of all the characters in your icons. (Although you may have more than one icon of a single character, they only go on the list once.) Alphabetize it. Take the first two people on the list; that's your first pairing. Second two people; second pairing. Etc.

Aaron Echolls (Veronica Mars)/Anya (Buffy) - Huh. This would really work. I mean, Anya's all "OMG MONEY=<333" and Aaron's all... with the making of the money, and yeah. Anya would totally go for him. Though I don't see what Aaron's attraction to Anya would be. Well, then again, she is a woman and she has a nice enough body, so that'd probably be enough. And she could go all vengeance demon on his ass to stop him from abusing her! It'd be totally perfect.
Bob Burnquist (skateboarding!)/Brian Kinney (Queer as Folk) - Damn you Brian! If I had no Brian icons, this would be Bob/Bucky! sigh. Oh well. Um, this would be... interesting. Brian would totally fuck him, but who wouldn't Brian fuck? Wouldn't result in anything like Brian/Justin. Oh, but I can see this! Bob can be all confused about his sexuality because he's started lusting over his best friend (Bucky!) but he's all confused! So he goes to Babylon (um, except he lives in southern CA. But... um... he's in Pittsburgh for some... skating thing! Like Vans Triple Crown, or whatever!) and hooks up with Brian, because who doesn't hook up with Brian, and then he's all sure he's attracted to men and decides to pursue Bucky and Brian's all "OMG HE WASN'T JUSTIN I MISS JUSTIN COME BACK JUSTIN!!!" (except less so, because he's Brian) and moves to New York and they have lots of steamy passionate sex, and yeah. I'm totally creating drabbles in my head for like all these pairings. I'm crazy.
Bucky Lasek (skateboarding!)/Buffy Summers (Buffy) - I like this pairing just for their names. Come on, Bucky and Buffy! It's too awesome! And Bucky could be the normal boyfriend she's always desired except he's kind of confused with his sexuality and in love with his best friend (BOB!) and Buffy could be... uh... well, Buffy couldn't offer Bucky much. But Bucky and Buffy! How could he turn down someone when their names match like that? And plus, he's all confused with his sexuality (yes, I'm unable to stop putting together Bob abd Bucky) so he's all "Well, fine she wants me 'cause I'm all not a demon or vampire and her other normal boyfriend was laaaaame and I LOVE BOB but I'm not ready to admit it, so whatever." Um. Except for the part where Bucky's married and has kids. But yeah, I could see this.
Clementine (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind)/Doctor (Doctor Who) - uhhh. This is the new doctor and Clementime. Well, I don't know the new doctor very well yet, obviously, but thinking about it like he's Nine, I think it could work. I mean, Clementine's all crazy and adventurous, and she'd make a great companion. And I can see the Doctor being very intrigued by her. ...how is it that the more I think about these random, insane pairings, the more they work?
Duncan Kane (Veronica Mars)/Faith (Buffy) - Ok, I was going to say I couldn't make this work, but I think I can. It'd be like season 4 Faith and Duncan, and Faith'd be all crazy and confused and Duncan be'd all off his meds and attacking car windows/doors and they'd be all crazy together! If it was the on-his-meds boring Duncan, then Faith would just kick his ass. But it'd totally work otherwise!
George Bluth Sr. (Arrested Development)/George Michael Bluth (Arrested Development) - Um. Ok. Ew. First that I can't make work, and would rather not think about anymore.
Georgia Lass (Dead Like Me)/Giles (Buffy) - He could be like Rune with the fatherly-ness and guiding and then they could get all close and get together! Um, except I don't like father-y/mentor-y relationships that go beyond friendship. Ok, so fine, Giles could die and become a Reaper, but be all bad-ass Band Candy Giles, and George could be all attracted to him and... ok, fine. I can't make this one work very well.
Joey Potter (Dawson's Creek)/Justin Taylor (Queer as Folk) - uh. No. Well, maybe season 1 Justin. No, pre-season 1 Justin! He'd be all confused about his sexuality and knowing he digs dudes, but all afraid to come out, so he tries dating Joey. And I found Justin to be really whiny and clingy and annoying in the very beginning of the season, so I'd probably find him the same way before hooking up with Brian, and I find Joey whiny and clingy and annoying, so they'd totally work together!
Keith Mars (Veronica Mars)/Maeby Funke (Arrested Development) - uh, no. Ew. Not trying to make this one work.
Oz [well, ok, Daniel Osbourne, but I already put him here] (Buffy)/Pacey Witter (Dawson's Creek) - omg. I think this may just be my favorite of all of these. They're so perfect for each other! They're both the girl they love's first true loves (I don't count Dawson as a true love for Joey. But don't get me started on that) and they're all devoted to their girlfriends and, ok, it was Oz who broke him and Willow up, but... it could be post-Oz's return Oz! And he'd be all hurt and rejected that Willow was with Tara now, and Pacey would be all post-Promicide and upset over his break up with Joey (...except that was his fault too. BUT OMG THAT JUST MAKES THEM MATCH BETTER) and they'd hook up and be all perfect boyfriend-ly and totally devoted to each other, and omg it would be perfect.
Logan Echolls (Veronica Mars)/Lynn Echolls (Veronica Mars) - ew. I'm having a hard time deciding whether this is better or worse than George/George Michael. I mean, I'm not all "OMG INCEST EWWWWWW" but... Logan and Lynn? No. And George Michael and George? No. There is probably a good number of incest pairings I could handle, but these I cannot.
Piper Halliwell (Charmed)/Prue Halliwell (Charmed) - omg, WHY ARE MY ICONS SO INCESTUOUS? But actually, them I could handle. It's more the parent/child ones I get squicked by, which is why I didn't like Keith/Maeby. Even if he's not her parent, he's definitely old enough to be, so it'd just be... ew. But Piper and Prue, while sisters, are consenting adults and only 3 years apart, and yeah. Better. Ignoring the whole being-sisters part, they really would be good for each other. Especially early Piper with a slightly later (but before her death, obviously) Prue. Because Piper'd be all insecure and feel like no one loved her, and Prue could show her that she could be loved and raise her confidence. And they obviously wouldn't have to worry about the whole magic being an issue thing! So yeah. They'd work, if they weren't, you know, siblings.
Rose Tyler (Doctor Who)/Spike (Buffy) - They're both British! Oh, I could totally make this work. Spike could be all down on Buffy not loving him (it could be post-season 5 Spike. Ooh, Buffy could have just died!) and look, here's an attractive blonde, omg! And she's all wise to aliens and crazy things like the Tardis, so I doubt vampires would be incredibly surprising to her. And Rose could be all interested in him because he's a vampire and... yeah. I think it could work really well!
Tara Maclay (Buffy)/Veronica Mars (Veronica Mars) - This seems like it would be one of the more understandable/normal pairings of these, but I really can't make it work. I mean, Tara's a lesbian and everything! But I just don't see it. They're just too different. I mean, Tara's all shy and stuttering, and Veronica's all strong and bad-ass, and yeah. I don't see it.
Wallace Fennel (Veronica Mars)/Weevil Navarro [ok so it's Eli, but I already alphabetized and wrote all this with Weevil down here] (Veronica Mars) - Weevil taped Wallace butt-naked to a flag-pole! Come on, he wasn't pissed about that whole almost busting his biker-buddies for stealing, he just wanted to see how big Wallace's cajones were.
Willow Rosenberg (Buffy)/Xander Harris (Buffy) - arguably the most sensical pairing of all of these (I mean, they actually did happen a little!), but one of my least favorite. I liked them together in season 1, but once Willow got Oz and Xander still only cared about Buffy, I no longer liked them together. Plus, I really liked Xander and Cordy's relationship. And, again, Willow/Oz is totally my Buffy OTP. So I wasn't a fan when they got together in season 3 (even ignoring the fact they were cheating on Cordy and Oz), and... I'm still not a fan.

Hee. This was so amusing. And geez, why is it that I want to write drabbles on like all of these? I haven't written anything in like a year! And I've never even written a drabble! And the only TV fandoms I've written in have been Buffy and I guess a little Charmed, and those were years ago, and those were bad. Geez. I'm crazy.

...ok now I'm doing this with them organized by last name, because I find this way too much fun.

George Bluth Sr. (Arrested Development)/George Michael Bluth (Arrested Development) - ...you're kidding me. GUH. Well, yeah, ok, so this is what I get for going by last name. BUT STILL. Couldn't there have been anyone with a last name before Bluth?! sigh.
Bob Burnquist (skateboarding!)/The Doctor (Doctor Who) - Uh. I don't really see it. sigh. I mean, Bob Burnquist is cool and all, but I don't see The Doctor taking him as a companion, and... I don't see Bob being highly interested in aliens and the Tardis and all. I mean, not to say he wouldn't be, but... I just don't see him as someone incredibly likely to be? Like some people it just kind of jumps out that like "Oh, yeah, they'd totally make a great companion!" Like Clementine! I really think she would make a good companion. But... I just don't see it with Bob.
Aaron Echolls (Veronica Mars)/Logan Echolls (Veronica Mars) - ...WHY DO MY USERPICS LOVE INCEST SO MUCH? Sigh. Well, yeah, it was inevitable that Logan would be paired with either his mom or his dad, as his name is in between both in alphabetical order. BUT STILL. GUH.
Lynn Echolls (Vernoica Mars)/Faith (Buffy) - uh. For some reason, I can really see this. I can totally go with the whole Faith seducing an older woman, and with Lynn taking the bait. I mean, her husband's sleeping around, and she's a total trophy wife type, and I can see her as wanting to explore her sexuality but not having had the chance before. Or maybe even exploring it when she was in college (if she went), but being all "NO NO IT'S JUST EXPERIMENTATION I'M TOTALLY STRAIGHT OMG" and so on. So yeah. I'll buy them.
Wallace Fennel (Veronica Mars)/Maeby Funke (Arrested Development) - Uh. Interesting. I need to think about this. I mean, Maeby's kind of... wild for him? I don't mean wild, really, but she does get into crazy things. But then, Wallace, is kind of used to crazy things what with being Veronica's BFF. I do have to say that it's far better than Keith/Maeby, though. They're the right ages for each other, too! Well, ok, Wallace is a little older, but that's totally ok. At least, in my school, I see that a fair amount. I don't know. I think Maeby could be all... thinking Wallace is lamer than he is and trying to take advantage of him and stuff, but Wallace surprising her and being totally badass. Not in a like... bad-boy sort of way, but in a... totally cool sort of way. Like how Veronica's badass! So, ok, I can see this one.
Piper Halliwell (Charmed)/Prue Halliwell (Charmed) - ...SERIOUSLY. GEEZ.
Xander Harris (Buffy)/Rupert Giles [ok, so I did it by his last name last time. So sue me.] (Buffy) - I don't really like seeing Giles with anyone on Buffy (except Jenny or the woman that came during Hush whom I've forgotten the name of) because he's all father-ly, and I find it gross. But Xander/Giles is probably the most believable for me. Oh, other than Anya/Giles. I do really love them together (more than Xander/Anya, even). So yeah, this is ok, but not ideal.
Anya Jenkins (Buffy)/Duncan Kane (Veronica Mars) - ...um. Can't make them work. It's just too random, even for me. I can't find any link to tie them together. [is sad]
Brian Kinney (Queer as Folk)/Clementine Kruczynski (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) - Out of all the het relationships involving Brian, I think this would work the best (well, besides like Lindsay/Brian). Clementine's all crazy and cool and yeah, she was all in a relationship and such in Eternal Sunshine, but I think she would be totally down with Brian's belief in fucking and such. I don't know. I think I could see this working.
Bucky Lasek (skateboarding!)/Georgia Lass (Dead Like Me) - uh. I don't know. It's even more random than Duncan/Anya. I don't see them having anything in common.
Joey Potter (Dawson's Creek)/Spike [um, wasn't sure if I should use "The Bloody" as a last name, but I decided to just go with Spike] (Buffy) - ...ok, my brain is no longer able to put together random pairings and try to make them believable. I tried to go with Joey annoying Spike so much that he'd turn her, but then realized that if she was that annoying, he wouldn't want her to stick around, and he'd just kill her. So. Yeah. This doesn't work.
Tara Maclay (Buffy)/Keith Mars (Veronica Mars) - I think this could actually be ok. I see Tara as pretty motherly, and, I don't know. She's pretty stable, and she's dealt with having a partner with an addiction. It could work.
Veronica Mars (Veronica Mars)/Eli 'Weevil' Navarro (Veronica Mars) - Heh. I actually don't see them working. I mean, I can see them giving into attraction and trying things out, but realizing that they really don't care about each other that way. Oh, but I definitely could see a friends-with-benefits sort of deal between them.
Daniel 'Oz' Osbourne (Veronica Mars)/Willow Rosenberg (Buffy) - Buffy OTP! <333 (I think that says it all)
Buffy Summers (Buffy)/Justin Taylor (Queer as Folk) - uh. Well, it could be kind of like Joey/Justin, with Buffy being all whiny and bitchy, and Justin being all confused about his sexuality and being all whiny and annoying as well. Yeah, I guess I could be ok with this. I don't think Justin would be able to handle Buffy being a slayer, though. Especially pre-season 1 Justin.
Rose Tyler (Doctor Who)/Pacey Witter (Dawson's Creek) - Pacey's one of the best TV-boyfriends ever (I'm not sure if I consider him above or below Oz. I mean, Oz did cheat on Willow, but then it was a result of trying to protect others, but then he left even when Willow said she'd be ok, but then Willow went with Tara over him, but then Pacey never cheated on Joey, but then he did dump her in front of everyone at Prom, but then she dumped him for Eddie, which, ew. So. Uh. I said "but then" far too much in that run-on sentence), but I don't think he'd work with Rose. Rose is too eager to see other things, and Pacey reminds me too much of Mickey. I mean, he's totally different from Mickey, but he's similar in the way that... he's a nice, normal, safe, stable boyfriend, and I don't think that's what Rose is looking for.

Ok, I'm done.
