Love the V Mars icons. How do you get that sort of brownish, neutral color?

Thanks! It depends on the icon. I use a dark blue exclusion layer and a light brown layer on multiply in all the icons, which contributes to it. In some I have a light blue layer on color at a low opacity (10-30) which contributes to the sort of neutral color on a lot of them. If you asked me about a specific icon, I could probably be a little more specific. :)
