Most of my friends have gone back to school now (I don't go back for another 2 weeks), so I've been watching a lot of TV. I started with Sons of Anarchy and al;ksfj omg I love it.
It took me a few episodes to get into it, but once I did, I was hooked. I love all the characters, which I wasn't expecting either. I was going to be like "These are my favorite characters" but then I couldn't stop listing them.
I adore the relationship between Gemma and Tara that's developed. They're definitely 2 of my absolute favorites. I also love Clay and Jax, Jax and Tara, and Gemma and Clay. The 4 of them and the kind of family that's developed between them is awesome.
I love everyone in the crew as well. Especially, for some reason, Juice and the Prospect. l;akjsf I so knew that Eddie was going to die when they were discussing what they thought about them and they were all basically like "Yeah, we like him." It was like "Why are they doing this? They would only be discussing this with no drama if.... alksjdfl;kja he's so dead isn't he?" boo.
I love that this show really isn't predictable. I expected the season 2 finale to deal with taking down Sobell and his right hand guy, and they were almost there, and then WHOA CURVEBALL JAX'S SON IS KIDNAPPED HOLY CRAP AND SOBELL GETS TO ESCAPE. I have no idea where this will go in season 3 (there will be a season 3, right?), but I can't wait to find out.
I don't really know what else to say about it, because my thoughts are pretty much just lk;ajds OMG LOVE. It really is a great show. I can't even describe it. It's so not my type of show, but I loved it so much. And it totally is Hamlet on Harleys. I'm waiting for them to reveal that Clay killed Jax's dad, or at least had a serious hand in it, because they've been hinting at there being something going on more than him just dying in a crash or even what Gemma was saying about suicide. Um, but yeah. This show is awesome.
After I finished Sons of Anarchy, I immediately dove into Criminal Minds. I wasn't expecting to get into it very much, and after the first few episodes I thought I would be watching primarily for Reid, but somewhere during the first season I got seriously hooked. Right now I'm in the 3rd season. I'm hoping to be done with the series by Sunday night, but I don't know if I'll be able to. Speaking of Sunday night, kal;dfjs CHUCK SEASON 3 PREMIERE IS SUNDAY NIGHT. I'm so excited. It's been way too long since last season.
My 21st birthday is this coming Thursday. I keep forgetting. I don't drink and have no interest in starting, so I'm not excited about it for that. I mean, I'm not like... dreading it, I'm just kind of apathetic about it.

and i completely agree with you about the season 2 finale! AIOUE)(Q#*40(QE(*@3 bye bye abel!
i agree with you on the juice/prospect front. but my favourite on the show is tig. i can't explain it. but he's my #1!

Tig is pretty awesome as well. Really, I love them all. I totally could not choose a least favorite (other than the obvious characters who are meant to be evil or bad or whatever, like Sobell).

i was sad about prospect's departure though! i read an interview with kurt sutter and apparently its because johnny lewis wasn't happy creatively in the role, so i understood a bit, but i still miss kip!

And OMG yay for criminal minds, i'm seriously into that show, every episode is AMAZING!

It is! I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I do, but I'm so hooked! I'm usually not very into procedurals, and in shows like this I usually don't find the cases very interesting, but here they're absolutely fascinating, and I'm really enjoying all the characters as well.

And hey, how'd you watch Sons of Anarchy? Rented it or? The only downloads I found are in 3-parts and the first part was taking 15 minutes to dl. Oi vey...

I found downloads, but they weren't any better than what it sounds like you found. At least half of it was in 4-parts, some were in 2-parts, and some I think were in 1 part, and a lot of them took a long time. I can PM you the link to the comm if you want (everything in it is locked, but it has open membership).
