Friending Frenzies are love.

Went to the speech therapist today. My orthodontist reccomended I see him because she can't get my bite normal and it's been like 2 years and yeah. It turns out, I swallow incorrectly. I didn't even realize that I was doing it wrong (or that there was a wrong way to do it). But apparently the way I do it presses against my front teeth so it undos what the braces and rubber bands are supposed to do. But it's easy to fix, he said, so I may actually get to get my braces off in a few months. That'll be crazy. I liked him a lot more than my orthodontists. He was nice.

After that, Mrs. Bentley came over to work on the website. She's the band director at my school, if I hadn't mentioned that before. So yeah, that seemed like it'd be weird. It wasn't too bad, really. I have an idea for how I want to make the website look. I'll make a mock-up either tonight or tomorrow and post it here to see what people think.

Weapons of Class Destruction is airing tomorrow on UPN! I haven't been watching the repeats (well, I would if I had a Nielson box! But it makes no difference what I watch, and I've been lazy), but I'm definitely planning on watching this ep. I haven't seen it in awhile, and I've had the urge to watch it recently. So yay, looking forward to that. :D

Heh, I'm only at 59 out of 100 icons. I think I'll just upload them as I make new icons. I realize that when I got a paid account, I planned on finally using other people's icons (before I never did because I only had 3 spaces, and it was easier just to change them everytime I made a new icon post), and now I even have up to 100 but I still haven't. No real reason, though. There are plenty of people's icons I love far more than my own. I just haven't really felt like it. I'm weird.

I have a really big overbite, but I really don't want to go through braces for a year and a half, then retainers. So I think I'll just keep my deformed mouth, screw the orthodontists.

Man, I don't care about my bite at all. If it were up to me, my teeth would be the same way they were. I mean, I can eat everything fine and I mean... whatever, it makes no difference to me. sigh. If this doesn't work, it's like... my only other option is jaw surgery, and screw that. I told my mom that if that's my only option, I'm sticking with my jaw how it is. It doesn't affect me enough for me to want to go through surgery.

If I got surgery, I'd opt for laser eye surgery. That'd just be awesome, not having to worry about contacts and such. Ha, whenever I think of LASIK, I think of Ms. Poole's eye thing that made her eye skin even thicker.

Oh, me too. It'd be so much easier. But contacts don't bother me enough to make me actually do it.

...ew. Now I'm going to think about that everytime it's mentioned! >:O

Contacts are fine until I fall asleep with them, cause when I wake up they usually feel dry and icky.

Well, yeah, that sucks. I don't do that very often, though. Only like... once when I was sick and then.... last weekend at the sleepover. I don't do it enough for that to bother me.

I always fall asleep with them. Seriously, every time I do SAT prep, I fall asleep. And I nap randomly during the day cause my sleep schedule's fucked up, and I'm too lazy to take out my contacts then. Such laziness.

Hee, good job. See, I don't take random naps and I have never fallen asleep during any sort of class, so I don't have that problem. There has been once or twice when I've gotten all ready for bed and the lights are off and I'm going into my bed when I realize that... things are clear and I can see. But then I usually just take out my contacts because I am horrible at changing them every 2 weeks (...more like every 4 months) and they need to be changed anyways and I'm too lazy to go and take them off. So, yeah.

I used to actually mark on the calendar when they needed to be changed, and now it's just like 'screw that'. I haven't gotten an infection yet, so I really don't care anymore.

Heh, I never was good about it. My mom used to bug me like "Oh, have you changed your contacts?" but after awhile she stopped. And yeah, nothing bad has happened yet, so... whatever. :)

Yeah, I felt really bad doing it, so I added a fourth category to mine.

I managed to choose 3, but man it was hard. I added a #4 that's basically... everyone else I've friended on LJ. The ones I chose were just because I had things to say other than "I like your posts. Yay."

I would've chosen one of my favorite fic authors, but since we don't actually talk all that much other than me going "I totally fell in love with that fic", it wouldn't have been fair.

Yeah, I could do my favorite icon makers, but... well I'm actually not friends with any of them. And I could do favorite fic authors, but... I'm not very good friends with them. And I could do just about everyone on my flist for favorite posts, so... I couldn't really choose on that. So I had to just go with people I actually had something to say about other than that stuff.
