al;kjfd so freaking good. I loved this episode so much. Definitely one of my favorites of the season.
BEAVER/MAC!!! :DDD I'm sad we don't get to see all the stuff leading up to a relationship, but ah! Hand-holding! So freaking adorable! I wanted to punch Dick (though it was totally obvious it was coming), but ah! They got him back so good. Excellent. I love them together so much.
I actually liked Jackie, and up until this point she had been my least favorite character. I didn't even just find her tolerable, I actively liked her. I thought the actress was much better in this episode. And I liked that one girl who we saw earlier was her friend. Wallace screentime was short, but it was sweet of him to stick up for her. And hee! Lady-friend! They're cute together.
I didn't hate Logan and Hannah. What's wrong with me? She's kind of annoying, but at the same time Logan looked so happy and not messed up that it made me like them more. But ah! Her father! Tell me he totally knew that he was her father, because I think if he didn't he wouldn't have looked so normal in seeing him. He would at least look slightly surprised or something. Ah, I'm really hoping this pays off how I want it to.
The opening with Logan and Veronica was awesome. They're obviously not going to be the best of friends, but I like them being snarky with less hate under the surface.
Keith taking Terrence's case is not at all surprising, and I'm definitely interested seeing where this leads.
I don't know what else to say. I know the episode didn't drive any of the main plots further really, so it was essentially filler, but it was just so... fun. I don't know. I really enjoyed it.

I really liked it too, it was an awesome filler episode, and I think the driving force is the Mac/Cassidy adorableness :P Though she called him Beaver...she should call him Cassidy. Nobody really knows he likes to go by Cassidy though, and like he's gonna correct her when they're just falling into puppy love hehe! They're just so cute :)
Everyone else is cute too, Logan and Veronica's snark of course, and yes, I actually liked Jackie too. I felt really bad for her and she was just taking everyone's shit, shivering in her little dunk tank...you'd think the teachers would shut the dunk tank down after dark. But obviously the teachers are stupid...
Well, that's enough rambling for now, off to bed! :)

This episode was up to par with season one stuff. It really was. And it can only get better from here!
My Jackie hate? GONE. Damn that Rob! And I really liked Hannah and Logan. It was sweet, but clearly he's just using her. Oh, that Logan. It'll be interesting.
I AM EXCITED. And need to go study. Sigh.

I know! I was absolutely fine with hating Jackie, but now Rob had to make me actually like her. And yeah, I'm definitely interested to see how the Logan/Hannah thing works out.
I am so excited for the rest of the season.

anyway, i don't like hannah as a tv character just because she's obviously flattered but uncomfortable with logan and doesn't know what to say. she's just not a strong personality. which makes her boring and awkward to watch. so i'm glad she's a means to an end. (although, i didn't get that at first. i thought logan just hadn't recognized the father. but now it makes more sense.)
someone's gonna have to make like a fitzpatrick web one of these days. they are definitely the unifying thread so far.
no talk about weevil? come on.

Heh, yeah, I realized I hadn't mentioned Weevil after I posted. I think I'm really interested in seeing how Weevil manages now without the PCHers and this episode was pretty much just focused on one afternoon so you couldn't really tell the effect yet. But I loved Weevil in this episode, and I loved the parallel to the end of Like a Virgin with Weevil driving up, like Mac did. And I actually kind of felt Veronica/Weevil vibes at the end which I never really have before and now I'm kind of thinking it'd be interesting to see them together kind of casually, if that makes any sense.
...heh, so yeah. Those were pretty much all my Weevil thoughts in this episode.
