Didn't get really good till the very end, but the last segment was freaking awesome. The rest of the episode was good and all, it just felt more like a regular episode than a premiere, you know? Nothing too important about it.
I totally called that the guy in the beginning (and the end) would be the guy that talked with Jack. He had the same hair and he looked the right age, and then when he was all "See you in another lifetime" I was all "...oh dude, I think it might be him." Of course, in typical Lost fashion, once we find out the answer to one question, a million others pop up.
bah. I want to know what happened to be the people on the raft! And Walt! I mean, I know that the episode only spanned over like... an hour or two, but still. Next week, I suppose.
Only bits of Claire and Sun were like... brief shots. Made me sad. :( And Charlie's tiny bits in this episode made be annoyed with him, which I didn't like either. bleh. But Hurley is as awesome as ever, and Kate didn't bug me as much as she usually does, so that was good.
Liked it more than I remember liking the Pilot. I'm still not that crazy about it, though. I liked Bones a lot more in this episode, though, which is definitely good.
...yeah, ok, so I really don't have anything to say. I'll keep watching this for a little bit, but if it doesn't get much better, I'm thinking I'm going to drop it.
Happy birthday
Tomorrow I get to sleep in an extra hour! I love Thursday block. Even if it means school gets out later. Actually, when marching band's in, we end up getting out earlier than we do on regular days, which is awesome.

Yeah, it was a great ep. I totally called it when you first saw him in the stadium. His face was all shadowy, and I'm all "Dude, it's just like the guy in the hatch... OMFG."
I can't get too cocky about that, though, because it's probably only the second time I've called something before the "this is now obvious point," lol.

I agree with you about Bones, so far it's boring me and I can see myself getting bored and losing interest in it soon.

I actually feel like it's more boring when I'm thinking about it than when I'm actually watching it, if that makes any sense. But yeah, it's not very exciting to me, and I really couldn't care less about what happens in the next episode. =/ Nothing else I really want to watch in the time period, though, (other than Gilmore Girls, I mean) so I think I'll stick with it for a few more episodes and see if my feelings about it have changed.

So true! lol. I could really care less about the hatch. I want to know what happened to Sawyer and that korean guy. I have a feeling they'll get us interested in something completely different first and then all the sudden they'll put up again but by that time we'll be all interested in a different plot that we won't care.
