Yep, Canada did too! Canada and Spain, as well as Belgium and the Netherlands, who already legalized it awhile ago, are awesome. I'd be thrilled if it was legalized here soon, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.
Heh, I feel the same way about commenting in anyone's entries whom I know friended me for my icons. Don't worry about it at all, I love comments and getting to know people on LJ better. :)
