brokenrecordThings are starting to get busier here. It was a nice two weeks of relaxation while it lasted, I suppose. I guess I don't have loads of stuff during next week (which is a half-week anyways), but I have two tests and 1-2 projects and a lab report due the week after Thanksgiving, and unless I want to do all that during Thanksgiving weekend, I need to start some of it now.
Also, this weekend is going to suck. I have a concert for Wind Ensemble on Friday. I mean, it's not terrible, but it kind of screws up my night. And on Saturday my German professor invited the class to have dinner at his house. Except he's not providing transportation, we have to get there, which means I have to learn how to take the bus to his house, and I'm not good at public transportation, ok? And we have to make a German skit up and memorize it to perform there or he won't feed us. And I'm a picky eater so there's a good chance I won't even like what he's made for us but I'll feel really awkward saying no. And my closest friend in the class isn't going to be there because she has work. So basically, that situation kind of sucks. I mean, it was nice of him to invite us over and cook for us and all that, but I'd rather not deal with the hassle. I wish my concert were on Saturday or the dinner was on Friday because then I could miss it. =/
I've started watching The Big Bang Theory. It's pretty stupid of me because it's not like I need more distractions right now. But I was really bored last night and I got a lot of stuff done and I felt like watching TV but I was miraculously caught up on TV, so I decided to give it a try. I like it, mostly. It can be kind of offensive sometimes, but it's pretty cute. I also maybe ship Sheldon and Penny? Which is stupid because I feel like if they're going to go there with any of them, it'll be Penny and Leonard. But whatever, I like the idea of her and Sheldon much better. I don't know why. I'm maybe crazy. Anyways, I'm only half-way through season 1 and I don't even know if I'll keep up with it during this season (I might just marathon it next summer), but yeah. It's pretty cute and can be very funny at times.
