I don't know if it was intentional, but it totally seemed to me like he kept going on to entertain Robin It's totally intentional! I feel like Neil/Cobie are totally playing it that way on both ends. She always laughs harder at everything Barney does than anyone else does. Sometimes he'll be rambling on about the bro-code or something else ridiculous and so very Barney and Marshall/Lily/Ted will be rolling their eyes...but you can see Robin smiling.
