You go to this site and then register for an account (using your username here but a different password than the one you use on LJ). Then it'll tell you to post this code in an entry in your LJ. You can just edit a really old post and put in the code (it's just this string of random letters and numbers to verify that you are who you say you are) and once it's verified that you're you, you can edit it out. Then you can just add all your dislikes there and once your done, it'll produce a code that you put in your info that has all the dislikes you put in. You have to edit your info everytime you add dislikes with a new code, but that's not too bad.
