(no subject)

Last week was a pretty blah week, which is why I didn't post. Nothing much happened. Yesterday I kind of got some Christmas presents, but I also kind of failed at it. I still need to get stuff for my parents and possibly some more stuff for friends. Today I went to Heritage Park Center with Emma, Mukul, and Jonathan Youngs, and we played pool, ping pong, foosball, and Clue. I sucked at pool until Mukul and Jonathan left, and then all of a sudden I won like 3 in a row against Emma (and before I had been losing to Emma). It was pretty bizarre. In any case, the day was fun.

My bird, Derek, we have him in this sort of box (it has windows and a perch close to the ground and stuff, it's not as terrible as it sounds) because he injured his wing like a year ago and can't move it so he has no balance and falls easily and if he were in a cage, he would fall from the top perch and reinjure himself. In any case, he somehow managed to chew part of the box in a way so that he could make a ladder and has figure out how to escape from the box. It's pretty crazy. I mean, the box isn't that shallow, it's a pretty good size to climb. That bird is far too smart.

I should probably go start homework, but I think it's more likely that I'll sit and play The Sims 2 for a couple hours instead.
