(no subject)

I'm flying back to school tomorrow. Not looking forward to this semester. I just have so much stuff to get done. I have to drop a class and try to get into another (which I should be able to, but I'm not 100% sure about, and it's just a hassle). I have to figure out if I'm really set on double majoring, because if I am, I need to take classes at UCI this summer, and that's expensive, and I don't want to waste my parents' money if I'm just going to give up on it because it becomes too difficult. I need to find somewhere to live in the fall which is close to campus because I don't have a car there. I have to write a research proposal for Research in Psych II which I'll end up actually doing next year in Directed Research in Psych which is my capstone project for the major and I'll have to present and is really scary to think about. And after this semester, I'm going to be half done with college. I can't be that old that I'm halfway through with college! I don't want to have to start making decisions about my life and find a job or go to grad school or whatever. I am so not ready for all this.

I've been doing pretty much nothing here this week. I can't believe it's gone by so fast. I've been watching a lot of Hitchcock films with my mom. Oh, and I watched the Skins premiere. For some reason I'm really looking forward to this season. I don't know. I was disappointed when I heard the original cast wasn't coming back for this year back when it was first announced, but all of a sudden a few weeks ago I started getting really excited for this season. I loved the premiere, and I'm really excited by the new characters and the new cast. I think Emily is my favorite so far, but we'll see. There isn't really anyone I hate so far.

Anyway, I'm spending my last afternoon home going to see Frost/Nixon with my parents. I'm looking forward to it. After that, the only film nominated for Best Picture for the Oscars that I haven't seen will be The Reader.
