Ah, fuck. Seher was supposed to meet with me today at lunch to go over stuff for the seminar project, but she didn't show up. Don't know when we're going to have time to do this, as I've already told her that my weekend's going to be busy. Maybe I'll have time Sunday. sigh.

An hour and a half of chemistry was so nice. I love that class. The hour and a half of French wasn't bad either, mostly because she didn't give us the 2-3 quizzes she said she would, and we just performed these skits all period. And the skits were the most awesome things ever, because they were from the book and we had to memorize them, and they involved this guy hitting on this girl and offering her champagne and her saying she was already drunk and stuff, and yeah. Galaxy giggled through the entire skit, which make me giggle, and Matt Chen just kind of stood there staring at us, and the rest of the class was just "...uh. What?" But it was fun for us.

We started concert music in Wind Ensemble! So fun! I really love the first piece we did, and I have a soli with Emma. Such fun! But for concert season, I'm moved away from Emma. :( It's sad. Although I do now get to sit next to Sado, which is loads of fun, but still. The second piece we played was Sleigh Ride, which I didn't enjoy much. I liked the other arrangement that Mukul and Mr. Austerman were talking about better. Oh well.

I ordered Rats Saw God by Rob Thomas (creator of Veronica Mars) and the second book that follows The Crystal Cave by Mary Stewart. Looking forward to getting them, even though I doubt I'll have much time to read. bleh. Stupid school.

The O.C. and Reunion tonight! And I think also the premiere of Everbody Hates Chris, which I'm planning on recording. I recorded Head Cases last night, so I'll probably watch that before the other stuff starts. Don't have a lot of homework tonight, thankfully.

Chemistry is so awesome. It's better than bio and physics put together, seriously.

I love chemistry so much. So glad I chose it over bio.

But see, you haven't taken chem yet, and Lulu has! So she can make the comparison better. I can't really say anything about physics anyways, though, since I haven't taken it, but I really, really love chem.

He's actually written several books, but I think Rats Saw God is the best known. I've heard good things about it. I'll definitely be sure to tell you what I think once I've read it. :)

Bio's not as bad as it was last week, now that we're actually learning new stuff. The chem review of the first three chapters was really boring.

I didn't fall asleep in bio today -proud-.
