So I didn't watch it (I recorded it while watching Heroes), but I read reactions today, and apparently they killed off Gale Harold's character. So yeah, guess what show just went off my Monday night lineup? Because the thing is, it isn't a totally terrible show, but... it's just not worth it to watch if Gale Harold isn't on it. It's kind of interesting, but I don't care enough to stick around without him.

Anyways, I'm glad I chose to record it and watch Heroes, because it would've been a waste of my time to watch Vanished if I was just going to decide to stop watching after this episode anyways. I'm probably not going to even watch the episode I have recorded now since... what's the point? I don't want to watch Gale Harold die, anyways. This is good in any case, because Mondays are hectic enough as it is, that I don't need to try to figure in when I can watch more shows, you know?

I don't really have much to say, but I did want to comment on the fact that my favorite scenes last night were the Rory/Lane scenes. Not even like... what occurred during them, but just the fact that there were so many. Look who remembered that Rory and Lane are supposedly best friends! And I love that Rory came over to Lane's to bitch about Lorelai, but the second she looked bad and Rory found out what was going on with her, she was totally all about Lane. I loved Lane and their friendship in the first few seasons, so I'm glad that it was back in this episode. That just made me really happy. I don't really know how I feel about Lane being pregnant, but I read spoilers ages ago so I already knew it was going to happen, so I think I've just kind of accepted it. So when it happened, I was just like "Yeah, whatever, I've known you were going to be pregnant for like a month now."

The Luke and the Lorelai/Luke stuff was great, IMO. Luke was an ass in the first scene they were in together, but I feel it was justified. The second one with the sort of apology was good. And I kind of love Luke insisting they're just not right for each other, because of how obvious it was when he told Liz and T.J. that, that he's just trying to convince himself of that. Because it's totally not true, and I just felt like... he was trying to justify how it all happened to himself in that... they just weren't right for each other, so it wasn't his fault for being an ass to Lorelai once he found out about April, and it wasn't Lorelai's fault for sleeping with Christopher. This is just how things had to be, because they shouldn't be together. I'm really looking forward to what I hope this is setting up for, when Luke and/or Lorelai realize what a load of crap that is and that they really do need each other and they are right for each other. That'll be awesome.

Luke punching Christopher was pretty much the best thing ever.

I think that's it. I can't believe I'm actually liking Rory so far this season! It's pretty surprising (although a good sort of surprising).

Veronica Mars I commented on last week, so all I'll say is that the credits did look better in HD on my big screen than in a poor-quality, tiny video on my computer, and I think I'm kind of getting used to them. Studio 60 is love, Prison Break I'm really enjoying this season, and Heroes was pretty good. Yay for TV!

Um, what else is going on? I am going to end up tutoring that girl even though she dropped to FST, thankfully. I'm over 2/3 done with college apps, and in about... 2-3 weeks I'll be done completely. It'll be a relief to have those done with, but it'll be even better once it's second semester and I don't have to worry about my grades anymore.
