Feb. 22nd, 2007 10:00 pmSo, uh. The O.C. is over now.
I, just. I can't believe it's over. After it ended, I kept staring at the TV, waiting for something I guess (the promo for next week's episode, maybe?), and it took me a few minutes to realize nothing else was going to happen. And then I went to my room and started crying, because it's over. Oh, man. I started watching this episode from the very first episode. I wasn't even in high school yet! I started high school with this show, and now I'm leaving high school and this show has left me, and it all just feels so weird.
I loved the finale. Not as much maybe as the last two episodes, but it was still amazing. Especially the final 10 minutes. I'm glad they showed us flashes of where each character ended up, because I would've wondered about that. Seth and Summer finally get married! eee!!! Sandy's a professor! Julie gets a college degree! Ryan's an architect!!! I'm super happy about that. And I'm thinking Ryan and Taylor end up together. I know it's not explicit, but I'm going to assume the last scene where Ryan's heading to his car, he's going home to Taylor, and nothing will convince me otherwise. Also, Ryan with a baby bunny (Flapjack! hee!) is the cutest thing ever.
Not as happy about Frank and Julie, but whatever, I can deal with that, especially because I did really like before that she did decide to be on her own, and I assume she was on her own for awhile before getting back together with Frank. And maybe they're not even together, maybe he was just there to support her, because they do have a kid together.
But oh, I love this show. I just... l;kjasdf I can't believe it's gone now. This makes me sad. :(
I think I'm going to do a picspam of my favorite moments from this show either tomorrow or Saturday (probably Saturday, because I have a jazz band thing tomorrow night plus rehearsal afterschool) to, I don't know. Honor it? That sounds stupid, but I can't think of the word I mean. But man, I love this show so much. I'm so sad to see it go.
