So, I'm getting my TB test on Monday along with a Meningitis vaccination (my mom was pressuring me to get one anyways and I said I would in September/October at school, but whatever, if I'm already going in, might as well get it over with and not have to worry about it anymore). sigh. My mom's happy because the doctor is taking responsibility and paying for the new test, but that does nothing for me. At least it's very close to now so it'll be over with soon, and I arranged to have the same nurse do it, since she was very good for the first one and it didn't hurt as much as needles usually do for me.

Anyways! To happier things (although things have mostly sucked the past day or so).

I don't think I mentioned this, but last week before camping and watching X Games (another thing I didn't mention, but I watched all of that coverage, and yay Bob Burnquist (my favorite skater) for gold in Big Air!) I read Twilight and New Moon. I totally didn't even know that Eclipse was coming out the following Tuesday (although I did know it was coming out sometime in August/September) but I loved them and ordered Eclipse right after I finished New Moon. It came yesterday (one of the many things that was sucking the past few days is that my copy hadn't arrived yet and Amazon was claiming it wouldn't come until Tuesday) and I read it and ah I love Edward Cullen. I mean, I did before, but yeah. He is made of awesome. And now I'm impatient for the next book since the longest I've gone between books up until now was, like, a week, but I guess if I can wait 2 years between Harry Potter books (and wasn't it longer for the 5th book? Like 3 years?), I can wait one year for Breaking Dawn. I am also ridiculously eager for Midnight Sun, more so than Breaking Dawn, but I know that wait will be longer.

But yeah, anyways. For a crappy couple of days, Eclipse and Edward Cullen made me a lot happier. I might do a more in-depth review later, but I don't really feel like it now.

I guess nothing else is going on really. Leaving on the 21st, so just trying to kill time until them. I'm really looking forward to the trip up to Minnesota. I've seen so little of the west/midwest, so it'll be really fun to drive up. Not really sure what to do until then.

aw! I used to hate needles, but when I started at the university I had to get so many that it helped me overcome my fear. You'll be okay! :)

I hope the same happens for me! Actually the first TB test I had a few weeks ago was better than needles usually are for me, but I don't know if it was the test or the nurse or I'm just adjusting. For me it's not even just fearing it in my mind, but when I think about it I nearly have a panic attack; my heart starts pounding and I start shaking and crying. I really don't know why and I can't control it, but it really sucks. I'm just happy that it's soon so I can get it over with.

You do! I loved it a lot, more so than New Moon, although not as much as Twilight. But it's still awesome.
