Ok, so I loved Henry last season when he was introduced, and I even still really liked Betty and Henry together when Charlie came up till the end of the season. But now I just... ugh. It's so irritating. I feel like it was so unnecessary for them to introduce the whole Charlie pregnant with Henry's child thing, because they're still together anyways. And they've said that Christopher Gorham is a regular this season, so I have to imagine that when 5 months are up, something will happen so Henry stays or they work things out or whatever. It's just irritating, because it was like they had to throw another wrench into the relationship, but they're together anyways, so what's the point? It's just getting really tiresome.

Also, I really, really hate Gio. He's had maybe one or two lines that I've liked, but other than that, he's annoying as hell. I feel like he's supposed to be charming or something, but he's just... not.

Really only reason I still look forward to this show every week is for Marc. He's just the best character ever, and I love Michael Urie so much. And Cliff! I'm so happy they gave Marc a boyfriend. I just hope it lasts a little while and we can see them happy together from time to time. Cliff is so sweet. They're awesome together.

I think right now what I need for the show to get back up to how I felt about it last year is that there needs to be more about the relationship between Betty and Daniel (not in a romantic sense, just the friendship they have) because I feel like that's been lacking recently, and they need to stop throwing all these contrivances in the way of Betty and Henry. And of course Marc and Cliff need to be together forever.

I'm still loving Pushing Daisies an insane amount. New favorite show. Everything about that show is just awesome. Digby in the ghost costume was probably the best thing ever.

Outside of TV... nothing much is going on. I hate that it's November because I feel like I should be getting started on the various papers I have due the beginning of December. I mean, I have 5 weeks, but I know I'm not going to do anything for them this weekend, and probably not next weekend, and then the weekend after that is Thanksgiving, and then... all of a sudden they're due only 2 weeks away. So if I don't want to be beating myself up in a few weeks, I should get started on them soonish. And by get started on them, I mean at least determine what the hell I'm writing about.

After classes this week, I've been taking walks up and down the street my dorm is on. It's a really nice street. If you go all the way down one way, only about a mile I think, you get to the Mississippi River. It's less than two miles away (maybe around 1.5 miles?) and it's really nice. Today I went the opposite way from the river and found this used books store about half a mile from my dorms. I got a collection of 4 of Shakespeare's plays (Taming of the Shrew, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Twelfth Night, and The Tempest) for $2.50 and One Hundred Years of Solitude for 99 cents. Pretty good deal. It's really nice just spending an hour or so walking around after class, but this week was really light in workload and next week is going to be a lot worse, so I don't think I'll be able to do it as much anymore. Especially with the temperature starting to drop. blah.
