All of these are kind of random and not really specific episodic moments (some, but not entirely) but more general season comments focusing on those episodes. If that makes any sense.

I just... don't really like this show. I don't know why I'm still watching because there's nothing that I really like about it. I want to like it so much, though! Greg Berlanti is involved! Crazy premise that should be really interesting! I like the lead actor!

It's just... I don't even know what I don't like about it. It just isn't particularly interesting. The thing I like most is Eli's relationship with his brother. AND THAT'S ABOUT IT. And there's not enough of that in every episode to keep me watching. I mean, I probably will still watch in the hope that it'll get better, but... I really just don't care about this show.

Also, I can't understand why Eli doesn't just... STAY STILL DURING HIS VISIONS. Like, he KNOWS they're not real. He doesn't really need to duck for cover to avoid gunfire because by this point he knows that THERE ISN'T REALLY ANY GUNFIRE. I guess it's so he can get into "amusing" situations where he's under the table during a meeting or climb through pastries at his engagement party, but it just seems so easily avoided to me.

I don't know. Maybe I won't even keep watching. I'm pretty sure it's going to get canceled anyways, so I might as well just stop watching now.

I thought the Adam episode was fairly cool. Poor Tosh, though. She really needs a friend. I wish she would become super-close with Gwen or Ianto, or even get someone new in her life that's separate from work. I actually kind of like her with Owen (I'm one of the few people who doesn't hate Owen. He's not my favorite character, but I don't hate him, either. I also don't really care if Tosh/Owen doesn't end up happening, but I'm fine if it does), but I feel like she needs someone to talk to about how she feels about Owen and how she keeps getting screwed (literally!) by aliens (and also people who were born at the turn of the century and aren't really viable relationship material). I'm really liking the semi-friendship they've been alluding to between Ianto and Gwen this season, and I just wish that it extended to Tosh as well.

The second episode was somewhat cooler. Martha Jones! I don't even know why, but I was ridiculously excited to see her. It's weird, because I never particularly loved her on Doctor Who (I never hated her, but she always came second to Rose for me, and as a result, I just kind of liked her), but seeing her again I was like "MARTHA! YAY!" Actually, what I really wish for is that Martha would join Torchwood permanently. That would be loads of fun (at least, in my opinion). Also, I'm probably going to rewatch Doctor Who season 3 again soon (since I did get the DVDs for Christmas and haven't watched them yet) and now I'm kind of ridiculously looking forward to it. I might even start tonight!

Um, what else. I love Jack/Ianto so much, and there has been a good amount of that this season. I'm glad that they're developing their relationship this season, because I was so afraid after the first season ended that they would just ignore Ianto and their relationship this season. But they haven't, so yay!

Oh, and I don't believe Owen is permanently dead, but if he is... oh well? My feelings about Owen are really kind of in between loving and hating him. If he's dead, I won't be really upset (as long as Ianto's still alive, I'm happy. Well, and Jack, but we all know he's not going to die forever), but if he's alive, that's fine too.

Anyways, looking forward to the next episode! I think the quality of this season has been a lot stronger overall than the first season (as much as I love the first season), which is very good. Hopefully it'll stay this good.

...ok, so I'm interested in Lost again. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? Because I've been so eh about the show basically since the start of the second season! And I was so angry at the finale for killing off Charlie (even though after the second season, I didn't care much for Charlie anymore. But he was my first favorite character of the show, so I guess I still liked him some from that). But the flashforwards are cool! And I think they were very smart from moving away from the flashbacks, because those were getting really boring. They kind of lost their impact after the first season, IMO. And it was also really smart of them to have them get rescued now rather than waiting another two seasons. I mean, not all of them will be rescued, and I guess they haven't been rescued yet in present time, but still. It's pretty awesome what they're doing with the show this season.

Ok, now this season just needs some more Jin and Sun, and I'll be happy.

See, here's the thing. I don't talk about Supernatural very much. I don't think about the show very much when I'm not actually watching it. But then I watch it, and it's just like... HOLY FUCK I LOVE YOU SHOW. I don't know why I forget how much I love it whenever I'm not watching it, but I do. But man, it really is awesome.

Ok, seriously, first thing: that last episode. I have such a thing for Groundhog's Day plotlines (...even though I've never actually seen that movie. Huh. That's kind of weird. I feel like I need to see it now), and when I saw the preview for the episode I was like "OH GOD YES AWESOME." And it was SO AWESOME. The first and last deaths were so heartbreaking, but all the middle ones... hee! I loved Dean in the shower (WITH SO MUCH SOAP. WHY DID HE NEED THAT MUCH SOAP?) and choking on a sausage and getting killed with an ax and ah man. It was hilarious. Best part (well best funny part) was "SAM WINCHESTER WEARS MAKEUP. SAM WINCHESTER CRIES HIS WAY THROUGH SEX. SAM WINCHESTER KEEPS A RULER UNDER HIS BED AND EVERY MORNING WHEN HE WAKES UP--" HEE! There NEED to be outtakes of that scene, because you know it took a million takes for Jensen and Jared to get through that without cracking up.

Best non-funny part of the episode, though, was definitely "How many Tuesdays did you have?" "Enough." Oh, Sam.

The other two episodes weren't nearly as good, but I did come to two conclusions: I really like Ruby, and I really hate Bela. The Ruby thing was a total surprise to me, but when she showed up I was like "Ruby!" and realized all of a sudden that I like her. Bela I've kind of disliked all the way through, but now it's just like... ugh. Please go away forever. She would've been good as a one-episode character, but she totally doesn't warrant having this many episodes.

What I did love about episode 9, though, was that Ruby can't actually save Dean. I kind of thought it was cheap that they would be able to get out of Dean dying with her, kind of too easy, but I LOVE that she was just lying to get Sam to talk to her and that she can't save Dean. I also totally loved Dean at the end of the 10th episode, telling Sam he wants to be saved, and Sam telling him that they will save him. Oh, boys.

It's kind of crazy how much I love this show when there's no ship for me to latch onto. I mean, normally for me to get really obsessive or really love a show, I need a ship to obsess over, but with this show, I don't have any. That might be why I forget how much I love the show when I'm not watching it, but when I am watching it... man. It's so much better than I ever expect it to be. I'm glad it's getting more episodes this season, because I'd be sad if next week's would be the last until next season (because I'm assuming it's going to be renewed. The CW would be crazy not to renew it. Then again, it is the CW).

Ok, so now I'm maybe going to rewatch Doctor Who S3. I'm not sure if I want to watch it through once without commentary and then a second time with, or just start the first time with commentary. I don't know. Maybe I won't start rewatching just yet, and instead make icons and a new layout. I also kind of feel like rewatching Firefly. So who knows what I'm going to do. (Such decisions! My life is so hard, I know.)
