I finally finished it! I only started it like a month ago!

This is probably fairly influenced by of-the-moment pairings I'm obsessed with, and there are some shows that I just haven't seen in ages, so my love for the pairing has diminished in comparison to shows that I'm watching right now. Like, I totally realized after I had nearly everything finished that I forgot Tim/Dawn (The Office U.K.), and they would have easily made my honorable mentions, if not my very honorable mentions. And the of-the-moment stuff is especially for stuff in my Honorable Mentions, like Wendy/Tyler, which, yeah, I love them, but in 4 months, I'd probably forget about them, whereas here I made the list right after watching the Middleman finale. So, yeah. Just saying.
Honorable Mentions

Chuck/Blair (Gossip Girl), Ryan/Taylor (The O.C.), Ned/Chuck (Pushing Daisies), George Michael/Maeby (Arrested Development), Cordelia/Doyle (Angel), Casey/Cappie (Greek), Kevin/Scotty (Brothers & Sisters), Chris/Jal (Skins), Chuck/Sarah (Chuck), C.J./Danny (The West Wing), Ellie/Captain Awesome (Chuck), Jaye/Eric (Wonderfalls), Buffy/Angel (Buffy), George/Mason (Dead Like Me), Bright/Hannah (Everwood), Ephram/Amy (Everwood), Marshall/Lily (How I Met Your Mother), Seth/Summer (The O.C.), Kara/Lee (Battlestar Galactica), Wendy/Tyler (The Middleman), Christian/Olli (Verbotene Liebe), Sid/Cassie (Skins), Mahandra/Aaron (Wonderfalls), Mac/Caroline (Green Wing), John Paul/Craig (Hollyoaks)
Super Honorable Mentions

Eric/Tami (Friday Night Lights), Brian/Justin (Queer As Folk), Jin/Sun (Lost), Jack/Ianto (Torchwood), Josh/Donna (The West Wing), Athena/Helo (Battlestar Galactica), Baltar/Six (Battlestar Galactica), Michael/Sara (Prison Break)
The sad thing is that even with all these honorable mentions, there are still pairings I ship that I left out. See, I was just going to do a top 10, but then I had trouble narrowing it down, so I was like "Ok, I'll do 8 honorable mentions!" But then I had trouble narrowing that down, and, well, here we are. Anyways. On to the top 10!
10. Felicity/Ben (Felicity)

Aw man, I love these two. I love how it went from Felicity following Ben and being in love with him to Ben being the one in love with her in the second season and pursuing her. And their first kiss in "Felicity Was Here" is pretty much the best kiss of any pairing ever. That whole episode is one of my favorite episodes of any show ever.
9. Barney/Robin (How I Met Your Mother)

Ok, so they're probably partially on the list because I started watching How I Met Your Mother fairly recently and they're more on my mind than shows I haven't seen in awhile. But whatever, they're awesome together. I can't wait to see what happens to them this season.
8. Desmond/Penny (Lost)

It's kind of ridiculous how much I love these two considering how little screentime they've had. Just, ugh. They love each other so much. Penny looks for Desmond for three years even after he totally broke heart because she loves him so much. They are just awesome together.
7. Veronica/Logan (Veronica Mars)

Yeah, so they were totally my number one OTP for ages. Unfortunately the crappiness of season 3 kind of made me stop loving the pairing quite as much as I used to, even though I still love them ridiculous amounts in seasons 1 and 2 (especially in season 1). And part of them not being as high up is also just because it's been ages since I've seen any Veronica Mars (over a year now, wow). But despite season 3, I do still really love them. I still get totally giddy when watching Weapons of Class Destruction and Hot Dogs. I just love how their relationship evolved from them being great friends to hating each other to a quasi-friendship to all of a sudden making out and having feelings for each other and yeah. I still love them.
6. Lorelai/Luke (Gilmore Girls)

Ok, so I wasn't thrilled with the way the relationship actually went after they finally got together, but whatever. There was 4 years of build up and I remember I was just ecstatic after Raincoats and Recipes. All the Lorelai/Luke stuff in that episode is amazing. And even though their relationship sucked in season 6, they were still great together, and I was so happy that they got back together in the finale.
5. Willow/Oz (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)

I don't know, when I first started watching this show, I was all about Buffy/Angel, and even though I still like them and ship them, I find myself being so much more in love with Willow/Oz. Oz is seriously one of the best high school boyfriends ever (I think really only Pacey gives him a run for his money there). I pretty much just try to block out the end of their relationship because they were perfect together. Oz was just so sweet and understanding about everything. In my mind, after the show ended, Oz came back and was like "Hey, I actually got the whole werewolf solved this time! Let's be together forever!" and then everything is happy and wonderful.
4. Pacey/Joey (Dawson's Creek)

It's kind of ridiculous that I love these two as much as I do. They were the only thing that made Dawson's Creek worth watching. Pacey was pretty much the best high school boyfriend ever. I love that they started off as kind of disliking each other (although not really. But they insulted each other all the time and teased each other and such) and then they just fell in love. Their break-up in season 4 made no sense, but at least they got it right in the end.
3. Doctor/Rose (Doctor Who)

They are pretty much amazing. I just love how happy they make each other. I knew they could never really end up together because that's not the kind of show Doctor Who is, and Billie Piper couldn't be expected to stay on forever, so I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
2. Jim/Pam (The Office)

Oh man, these two. I love them so much. I love how much Jim is in love with Pam, and I love how much Pam is in love with Jim even though it takes her awhile to realize it and admit it. I love that they finally got it right, and they're just happy together. They are so adorable.
1. John/Aeryn (Farscape)

I don't think I've ever found a relationship on TV to be written more perfectly than these two. Just... everything they do seems to fit and make sense for them, and they are just so much in love with each other. They totally kill me. I love their entire arc. There isn't anything I would change about their relationship, which I don't know that I can say for many other pairings.

Anyways. On to the top 10!

Felicity: Uh, the thing is I came to New York, um, mostly because of you.
Felicity: I thought you left.
Ben: I did. I left and then I came back.
Felicity: Why?
Ben: Why do you think?
Felicity: I mean, you didn't come back for me?
Ben: Yeah, I did.
Ben: I was driving trying to think of some great reason to come back. Something else to say to try to convince you. See, I just know if you were me, you'd have some great reason. Some big speech with all this meaning. But... I don't have that. All I have is that I like you. And that I got as far as Harrisburg, but I turned around and came back, so -- so maybe there's some meaning in that.
Ben: Look, for some reason, Felicity cares about me. And on a good day, I feel like I might become everything she sees in me. It is because of that, it is because of about a million other reasons that she means pretty much the world to me.

Robin: Ok, you and me, that's insane. If you even thought about if for one second-
Barney: Well, I have thought about it, for three seconds, and it makes a lot of sense. We both think the marriage commitment thing's a drag, we both want something casual and fun, and we clearly get along well.
Robin: Wow, that actually did make a lot of sense.
Barney: Robin, that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard come out of your mouth. You want to be sixteen again? I have watched your first Robin Sparkles video a thousand times. And it's not because I'm proud of you as a friend. It's because you were totally, totally lame back then. But now, come on. Pakow! You're the most awesome person I've ever known. Well, second most awesome.
Robin: Right. Of course. The first being you.
Barney: No. No, the first is this guy who lives in a place called The Mirror. Whatup? I'm saying that you are way more awesome than Simon will ever be.
Ok, so they're probably partially on the list because I started watching How I Met Your Mother fairly recently and they're more on my mind than shows I haven't seen in awhile. But whatever, they're awesome together. I can't wait to see what happens to them this season.

Desmond: This constant... can it be a person?
Dan: Yeah, maybe. But you have to make some kind of contact. Didn't you say you were off on a boat, in the middle of nowhere? Uh... who're you calling?
Desmond: I'm calling my bloody constant.
Desmond: I don't know where I am, but-
Penny: I'll find you, Des.
It's kind of ridiculous how much I love these two considering how little screentime they've had. Just, ugh. They love each other so much. Penny looks for Desmond for three years even after he totally broke heart because she loves him so much. They are just awesome together.

Logan: It's okay. No, you know, it kinda lets me off the hook, you know, I don't have to feel guilty anymore.
Veronica: Feel guilty about what?
Logan: Moving on.
Veronica: So what are you like now?
Logan: Tortured, you know... ever since I got my heart broken.
Veronica: Hannah really did a number on you, huh?
Logan: I'm not talking about Hannah.
Yeah, so they were totally my number one OTP for ages. Unfortunately the crappiness of season 3 kind of made me stop loving the pairing quite as much as I used to, even though I still love them ridiculous amounts in seasons 1 and 2 (especially in season 1). I still love them.

Luke: You know the last time I bought flowers for someone? Never! That's when! Very easy stat to remember!
Lorelai: I loved the flowers!
Luke: And then when I walked you home after the wedding, there was a moment. I thought there was a moment.
Lorelai: There was! There was a moment. [Luke leans in.] What are you doing?
Luke: Would you just stand still?
Lorelai: Thank you.
Luke: Oh, it's... no big deal.
Lorelai: Luke.
Luke: I just... like to see you happy.

Oz: Sometimes when I'm sitting in class... You know, I'm not thinking about class, 'cause that would never happen. I think about kissing you. And it's like everything stops. It's like, it's like freeze frame. Willow kissage. Oh, I'm not gonna kiss you.
Willow: What? But freeze frame!
Oz: Well, to the casual observer, it would appear that you're trying to make your friend Xander jealous or even the score or something. And that's on the empty side. See, in my fantasy when I'm kissing you, you're kissing me. It's okay. I
can wait.
Willow: Well, I like you. You're nice and you're funny. And you don't smoke. Yeah, okay, werewolf, but that's not all the time. I mean, three days out of the month I'm not much fun to be around either.
Oz: You are quite the human.
Willow: So, I'd still if you'd still.
Oz: I'd still. I'd very still.
Willow: Oz, don't you love me?
Oz: My whole life... I've never loved anything else.
I don't know, when I first started watching this show, I was all about Buffy/Angel, and even though I still like them and ship them, I find myself being so much more in love with Willow/Oz. Oz is seriously one of the best high school boyfriends ever (I think really only Pacey gives him a run for his money there). Joey: It's my mom's bracelet.
Pacey: I know.
Joey: How do you know?
Pacey: Well, because you told me. Six months ago. You were wearing that blue sweater with the snowflakes that you have. You were walking down the hallway at school. I was annoying you as per usual. You said, "Look, Pacey, I just found my mother's bracelet this morning, so why don't you cut me some slack?"
Joey: You remember that?
Pacey: I remember everything.
Joey: I think I'm in love with you.
Pacey: You think or you know?
Joey: I know. I've known it since the moment you kissed me and maybe even before that. As scary as it is, I don't want to deny it anymore, Pacey. I don't want to run from it and I don't want to let it run from me.

Doctor: Before I go, I just wanna tell you, you were fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. And you know what? So was I.

Rose: You know what, they keep on trying to split us up, but they never ever will.
Doctor: Never say never ever.
Rose: Nah. We'll always be okay, you and me.
Rose: When I last stood on this beach on the worst day of my life... what was the last thing you said to me? Go on, say it.
Doctor: I said, "Rose Tyler."
Rose: Yeah, and how was that sentence going to end?
Doctor: Does it need saying?
They are pretty much amazing. I just love how happy they make each other. I knew they could never really end up together because that's not the kind of show Doctor Who is, and Billie Piper couldn't be expected to stay on forever, so I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Jim: You know what? I would save the receptionist. I just wanted to clear that up.
Jim: I was just... I'm in love with you.
Pam: What?
Jim: I'm really sorry if that's weird for you to hear, but I needed you to hear that. Probably not good timing, I know that. I just...
Pam: What are you doing? What do you expect me to say to that?
Jim: I just needed you to know. Once.

Pam: Jim, I called off my wedding because of you. And now we're not even friends. And things are just like weird between us, and that sucks. And I miss you. You were my best friend before you went to Stamford, and I really miss you. I shouldn't have been with Roy. And there were a lot of reasons to call off my wedding. But the truth is, I didn't care about any of those reasons until I met you. And now you're with someone else. And that's... fine. It's... whatever. That's not what... I'm not... Okay, my feet really hurt. The thing that I'm just trying to say to you, Jim... and to everyone else in this circle I guess, is that I miss having fun with you. Just you, not everyone in the circle.
Jim: Have I not proposed to you, yet?
Pam: Hmm, I don't know...
Jim: Oh, well, that's coming.
Oh man, these two. I love them so much. I love how much Jim is in love with Pam, and I love how much Pam is in love with Jim even though it takes her awhile to realize it and admit it. I love that they finally got it right, and they're just happy together. They are so adorable.

Aeryn: Who are you to order me around?
John: Order? I was offering a suggestion.
Aeryn: Well, who are you to offer suggestions?

Aeryn: Just make a frelling wormhole, and go home.
John: There is no home! There is no wormhole! There's only you- Aeryn, anywhere in the universe. You pick the planet.
Aeryn: It's too late for that.
John: It's not too late.
Aeryn: No. You're not listening to me. It's too late for me.
John: You do this, and we'll never see each other again.
Aeryn: Do you love Aeryn Sun?
John: Beyond hope.
Aeryn: Then don't make me say goodbye and don't make me stay.

John: What did you imagine for your life?
Aeryn: Service, promotion, retirement, death. You?
John: This is exactly what I imagined.
I don't think I've ever found a relationship on TV to be written more perfectly than these two. Just... everything they do seems to fit and make sense for them, and they are just so much in love with each other. They totally kill me. I love their entire arc.
