Feb. 26th, 2008 12:09 pmI don't have much to say, but I want to keep up this posting every day thing, so here's some quick, random stuff that probably isn't very interesting.
When I post more frequently, you can kind of tell how I latch onto one thing for awhile, and then shift my focus suddenly to another thing, and I can only focus on one thing at a time. Last week it was Doctor Who Season 3, before that, Farscape, and right now, it's the Academy Awards/movies in general. The Academy Awards always makes me want to watch more movies, which I unfortunately haven't been able to do due to school. I was going to have free time the rest of this week when I could, but then I found out I have an English paper due next Tuesday, and I have no idea what I'm going to do for that, so I need to work on that... basically all week. bah. At least tonight I'm watching As Good As It Gets with my psych discussion group, and Thursday I'm watching Citizen Kane in Film Analysis, which I've already seen but really enjoy.
I haven't gotten a chance to watch the PBS airing of Company yet. I thought I would last night, but I procrastinated too much on my English assignment, so I didn't have enough time. I'm hoping that if I get enough work done this week on my paper, I can reward myself by watching it Friday night. It depends on how much work I get done, though.
I'm so exhausted. All I want to do is relax and watch movies, but school keeps getting in the way. It's always so stressful, too. I was freaking out for several weeks about my film class until I got the first test back. Now I'm panicking about this English paper since the assignment we did for today was related to the paper and we had other people in class critique it and mine was basically awful. So I'm just kind of freaking out about the paper a ridiculous amount. And I hate writing papers so much. gah.
I still don't have PSP yet, which is irritating me. I'm kind of concerned, since I ordered it a week and a half ago, and I thought it would be here by now. It's supposedly already shipped, and it said 2 business days after shipping, but there's no way to track it. sigh.
