Man. Thanks to Lulu I was able to see the Saying Goodbye to Queer as Folk special that aired before the series finale on Sunday. I couldn't stop crying during it. I remember when it started I was all "Man, I have to say how much I love Peter Paige. And Gale Harold. And Randy Harrison. And Michelle Clunie. And Sharon Gless. And..." Then I realized that I love them all.

And after seeing that, now I feel like the show is truly over. I think Sharon Gless said it best at the end when she said "This sucks."

Yeah, it's over. -sniffle-

Michelle started tearing up throughout the entire interview, aww.

But it was so sad. I did totally crack up during the part where they had like outtakes. Like when Randy and Gale were doing the scene at the art show and were cracking up. And when Peter Paige like picked up Randy by the waist. ...but yeah, the rest was so sad. :( Or not even the sad parts, I teared up when they were talking about what an impact the show has had on people, too.

Er, Michelle Clunie. But yes, Michelle Hood as well.

I don't cry with TV shows [I get more attached to movies, for some reason], so I didn't cry. But it was definitely sad.

That's the opposite of me. I never cry in movies because I can't get attached enough. I mean... I've only spent like 2 hours with the characters. The characters of QAF... well, ok, it's only been a few months, but that's a lot longer than 2 hours. I just care so much more than I do about movies.

Maybe it's just because a lot of the movies I've seen are the tear-inducing type. Like The Notebook -- that's like, the only girly/romantic movie I actually like.

The prom episode almost made me cry. And Becoming Pt. II. Which is totally random.

I've seen a good amount of tear-inducing movies (The Notebook, Finding Neverland) but none of them have made me cry. [shrug] Actually, I've never really understood why The Notebook makes everyone cry. I mean... sure, they die and all, but they were in their 70s. And sure, Allie can't remember anything anymore, but how many years do you figure she could still remember things? Like, 50? I'd say that's a good amount. ...yeah. I don't know. Maybe I'm just weird.

Becoming Pt. II makes me cry everytime I see it, and I've seen it a good 20 times now. ...loads of TV episodes do, though, so I probably shouldn't start listing them.

I started bawling when Noah broke up with Allie, and I cried for like, the entire fifteen minutes. And then one more time after that, but I can't remember when. I don't think I ever cried for a movie as much as I did for The Notebook [maybe Titanic, a teeny tiny bit].

Yeah, I can only think of a few TV eps that have made me cry. And none of them are all-out crying except for Becoming Pt. II.

Ok, that makes more sense, then. I was just talking about how like... well at the end of the movie nearly everyone in the theater was crying and I didn't understand it because it wasn't a particularly sad ending.

Yeah, most episodes I don't do all-out crying. The only other one would be The Parting of the Ways (Doctor Who). And, I guess The Body. I cry a lot during that one. Actually usually when I say such and so episode made me cry, it's more like... tearing up.

The ending wasn't too bad. At least they didn't get eaten by five-legged caterpillar aliens. Although that would've been awesome.

That would've been the most awesome ending ever.
