Sep. 12th, 2005 04:39 pm!! I got switched to Kurdziel for pre-calc! The whole class did, actually, and it was more a shift than a switch. What happened was this one Honors Algebra 2 class, for Mrs. Bradshaw, only had like 8 people in it, and at the same time, Calculus was like... overflowing with people. So Mrs. Kurdziel's 3rd period Algebra 2 class went to Mrs. Bradshaw's class with 8 people, and then my honors pre-calc class with Mrs. Hudgins got shifted to Mrs. Kurdziel, and Mrs. Hudgins got a new AP Calculus AB class. So yay! I have basically all the teachers I really wanted at the start of the year! Well, besides Ives and DeBerry, but there are no other teachers that teach AP Euro or French 4, so I knew I'd have them. That switch totally made my day. :D
I don't really like Mr. Ives (AP Euro), much, but when he started lecturing today, I found myself being really interested. I may not be much of a fan of him, but I really love the subject matter, so I think I'm ultimately satisfied with choosing AP Euro over AP Art History.
I'm 100% satisfied with choosing Honors Chemistry over AP Bio. I love my chem class so much. This cannot be said enough times.
Mme. DeBerry ended up not checking for book covers. She mentioned that they need to be covered, but it wasn't like... if you didn't have them covered today, you lost points, so yay.
Today totally doesn't feel like a Monday. I think that's because I don't have a sense of impending doom, what with not having a tenor lesson. It's going to suck so much in November going back to lessons, but for now, I'll enjoy my freedom.
I got it into my head earlier this weekend that Arrested Development and Kitchen Confidential were premiering tonight, but I was mixing them up with Gilmore Girls, House, Bones, and Supernatural (...I have no idea how). Still, there's a new Prison Break, which I've been enjoying (I know there are loads of errors, but... I don't know any better, and as long as it keeps me entertained, which it has been doing, then I'm happy), and I'm really looking forward to the new Gilmore Girls. Even though I already spoiled myself for what Luke will say (not sorry about that, even though I'm usually all "OMG NO SPOILERS". I'm less that way when I'm not as obsessed with the show. I really like Gilmore Girls, but not enough to care if I'm spoiled), I'm still really anxious for the new season to start.
I listened to the commentaries for 3 episodes last night (the first ones for each of the first 3 episodes). God, those were hilarious. I love Freaks and Geeks.
blah. Suppose I should start on my monstrous pile of homework now.
