brokenrecordTuesday night TV!
Aw. I was spoiled, so I knew he'd say yes, but I loved how quick it was. I really wanted them to kiss after that, but I suppose they were saving it for the end of the teaser. Still, it was like "Will you marry me?" "Yes!" "Are you sure?" "Yes yes yes!" "You don't want to change your mind?" "No!" "Ok! Then we're getting married!" [long awkward pause]
Anyways, in all, I liked the premiere. I'm not liking Rory much, but then, I haven't been liking Rory much since season 2/3, and at least now I think she's actually supposed to come off kind of unlikable. Like, we're not being told she's leading her life brilliantly and such.
I love Paris. I really do. But, uh, hi, where's Lane? bah.
The Michel/Emily scene was the best. thing. ever. "Then I will continue to search for it frantically."
Lorelai at the end was heartbreaking.
Wheee, I'm really looking forward to this season. I'm so happy to have new Gilmore Girls eps again.
Ah, I love the snark on this show. I'd continue watching it for that alone (although it's a plus that the other parts of the show are pretty great, too).
I hate House/Cameron. I'm glad Cameron was all "Eh, I'm over you" even though I don't believe her, but at least if she's trying to pretend she's over him, they won't be jumping into a relationship and making out in the next episode. I hope.
On the otherhand, I love House/Wilson. Not nearly enough interaction between the two of them (not nearly enough Wilson in the episode!), but that scene between them in the coma patient's room was awesome. "Bros before hos, man!" hee.
I was glad Cameron turned out to be wrong. Not only because I don't really love Cameron (well, I like her well enough when she's not flirting with House. I really liked her at the start of last season), but... I don't know. It just would have bothered me in terms of the plot or storyline or whatever. Meh, I can't explain myself.
It was weird hearing Hallelujah and finding that I wasn't watching The O.C. I don't like that song in the Ryan/Marissa scene in The Model Home (...mostly because I don't like the scene itself), but I will forever tie it to the end of The Ties that Bind. I loved it there.
Don't know how I feel about Stacy yet. We'll see.
I forgot how much I enjoy this show.
So, I wasn't planning on watching this until tomorrow night or this weekend since it airs at the same time as House (I have a DVR player, though, so recording it was no problem, the problem is trying to find a time to watch it), but I was in the mood for new TV, so I ended up watching it after House.
I liked this a lot more than I expected to. I haven't heard much about it before today, but I decided to add it to my fall TV schedule on a whim, and I'm glad I did. I mean, it's not my favorite show ever or anything, but I really did like it. Only thing is, I'm a total wimp, absolutely hate horror movies, so I don't know how easy it will be for me to watch this. Especially late at night. It was hell walking back from the room where the TV is to my room. eck.
Um, yeah, I don't know. I never have much to say on new shows, which is why I haven't really been talking about Prison Break even though I've been watching and enjoying it. There were some flaws, but I did like it, so I'm definitely planning on continuing watching it.
Also, even this show had totally sucked? Pretty boys. Always a plus.
Already saw the pilot of Bones, as I said before, so I didn't bother to record the pilot. I'll start watching it next week.
Lastly, commercial for Serenity during House! I think I read someone saw one during Supernatural, but I was fastforwarding through those, so I can't confirm that. But ee! September 30! ...I should probably attempt to finish watching the series by then. That would help.
