Sep. 26th, 2005 10:07 pmWell, I finally finished my part of the seminar at like 6 PM. Seher was supposed to e-mail her part to me at 7 PM, but a little past 7 she was all "Uh, I didn't finish. Can I e-mail it to you at 8?" Uh, no. I said "7 PM at the latest" for a reason. So then I said 7:30, and by 7:45, she still hadn't e-mailed it to me. guh. I am so happy this is going to be over with tomorrow (though I'm not looking forward to presenting it. That is going to be hell).
God, I love AD.
First off, no Maeby, wtf? And barely any George Michael. Just a short "Can't talk about your girl troubles today, son. Maybe next episode!" There better be some serious George Michael/Maeby action next week.
"I suppose you might say I'm... buy-curious." Oh, Tobias. We know.
Harry Hamlin! I guess he decided invading one of my two absolute favorite shows wasn't enough, and he just had to pop up on the other. Not that I mind. I loved him on Veronica Mars.
"You're a regular Brad Garrett." Hee! I love you, AD.
"Have any of you ever seen a chicken?" Hee! All the chicken dances! And we get to see George's for the first time! And Michael starting to cluck and then yelling after almost hitting a car, and then Lindsay saying something like "Now that's a chicken" or something. Awesome.
God, the whole thing was just awesome. I don't understand how it's possible for a show to be so freaking funny and original for three seasons. It's just insane.
Funnier than last week's, I think. I don't know, I'm just not feeling this show. I really want to like it, but I'm just not getting invested in it enough. I guess we'll see. I mean, I'll keep watching it for awhile at least, but if I don't start liking it a whole lot more, I don't think I'll keep seeing it.
I think I liked this episode more than last week's, and I actually enjoyed it more than Kitchen Confidential. It's still not like... stellar, but I don't know. This show, unlike KC, I'm actually connecting with. I like the premise as I said last week, more than KC, and I thought the actors fit better into their roles this week. Like, last week, Alyson Hannigan's performance was kind of annoying (which is odd, because I usually adore her. Willow was my favorite on Buffy until the magical crack thing), but this week I adored her. I can see this show getting old after awhile, but for now, I'm actually really liking it.
Ah, I'm liking this more and more with every episode. But, wtf? To be continued? Hate.
Looks like Dr. Tancredi is going to find out about Michael's escape route! Should be exciting.
I don't like T-Bag. There some bad guys that end up being awesome, and he is not one of them. I do love Abruzzi, though. I have no idea why. He just rocks.
Veronica bugs me. Don't know why. I think it might be the actress. I like the guy that's working for her, and I hope that he isn't evil. He doesn't seem to be, but I don't know. Interesting new information, looking forward to seeing where it leads.
I love Sucre/Michael. They're too adorable together. Screw Maricruz, they would make the best couple ever. They're totally in love.Although, I actually like the idea of Dr. Tancredi/Michael too. I don't know. Her character doesn't bug me nearly as much as I thought it would, and they're pretty sweet together. But Sucre/Michael is totally number one.
Finally, I hope Marilynn (the cat) makes it out of the riot. I think I'm more concerned for her life than anyone else's.

Date: 2005-09-27 11:44 pm (UTC)Last week on HIMYM any jokes just kind of fell flat to me. I don't even know if I found this week's episode funnier per se, but I enjoyed it in all a lot more. But that's just me. :)
