Neither of those, but I actually don't know what it is. I use tiny text as just decoration. More likely than not, it's some sort of lyrics from "Momentary Thing" by Something Happens, as I used those lyrics in all the Veronica/Logan kiss icons, since that was the song playing during that scene, and I was listening to it a bunch when making that set of icons.
