Wait! Don't expect Rent to be amazing either. It's not the best movie ever. I think only movie musicals based on a different time period can be made to be good. This was only 15 years ago sooo.. you can't expect anything magical you know? I read you said someone thought it was boring. In a way it was because there wasn't enough dialogue. It consisted of mostly the songs. But none the less..it's entertaining. Will make you laugh, cry, it's just a movie everyone needs to see because of the story.
