Jon Stewart is hosting the Academy Awards this year! Guess I'll be watching them, then. Although I probably would anyways, especially if Brokeback Mountain gets any noms. Still, this is excellent.

So, I went to the animal shelter today and then afterwards headed down to the spectrum and bought 2 books. Any guesses what they were? I blew my last $30 on the two Bridget Jones books. I really hope I like them (though I can't imagine that I wouldn't). I wish I had my Barnes and Noble card I got for Christmas with me, because... duh. $100! Oh well. I need to start saving money again.

Didn't end up doing anything with Emma and Mukul since I knew my mom would kill me if I didn't go to the animal shelter and I would go early afternoon and Emma could only do stuff till 5 or 6. So, I think we're going to do stuff on Saturday, now, after All Southern auditions.

Heh, sure, you can borrow them anytime (seeing as I managed to finish them both right after I got them). And I wasn't entirely serious about Brokeback Mountain, I just thought it'd be fun to try to convince guys to watch a movie about gay cowboys. We can totally watch a stupid movie. :)

Hee. Thank you! Ah, Love Actually. I need to watch it with the commentary. That probably won't happen until Saturday or Sunday night, unfortunately. And I rewatched the second Bridget Jones movie and ah. He smiles in it several times, and it's excellent. :D

I probably would like Battlestar Galactica since I am into scifi (I mostly read books in the science fiction/fantasy genre). I'm actually not sure why I haven't gotten into it. I think I even tried watching the pilot or miniseries once, but I remember being in a terrible mood at the time, so I wasn't really interested and watched only like a minute of it. But I've been thinking about trying again since I didn't really give it a chance before, so yeah. I may check it out sometime soon. :)
