1. AP Chem - Bunch. Ah, I love Bunch. I have the class with Soan, Richard, and Jane, which is pretty great. I'm looking forward to this class.

2. AP Calc BC - Hudgins. blah. I didn't expect to get Shulman, but still. For today, though, she didn't bother me. So hopefully I won't start disliking her for a little while. I have this class with Justin, Michele Wong, and Jane.

3. AP French - DeBerry. a;lskfjd fucking hate this class. All the seniors that made the class left and while one of the seniors who was really irritating is gone, there are like 3 people from French 4 (AP French and French 4 are combined into one class because very few people take AP French at my school) who are exactly like him. al;kdfj gah. And Galaxy abandonned me, which I don't blame her for, but it does make everything worse. I'm so tempted to drop this class, but I really do love the language and I don't want to screw up my schedule and colleges really like seeing 4 years of a language. sigh. This will easily be my worst class this year.

4. AP Physics - Malin. Hee, Malin's so amusing. He's such a grumpy old man. At the start of class he was like "This is going to be my last year, so I don't care about being fired. Just keep that in mind" which Jackie and Emma said he said last year too, which isn't surprising. heh. I think I'm really going to like the class, though it'll be tough. I have it with Galaxy and Jane (so many classes with her!).

5. AP English - Jelnick. Yay! Haven't had her before, but I heard she was the better teacher. I liked her a lot today. I'm kind of freaked out about the class. Essay tomorrow on one of our summer reading books already, and I think we're writing another essay next week. guh. We're writing... like 27 essays this year, she said? Which is a lot, when you're used to writing more like 8 a year. I am excited for all the various books we're going to read, though. I have this class with Lulu. ...and Pranav, which I'm very unhappy about. I went a full year without having a class with him! Why do I have to have him again in one of my classes this year? sigh.

6. Wind Ensemble - Bentley. woot. I have this class with everyone ever. (Except Jessica and Justin, because they fail at life.)

Ah but in every single class I'm in, there's at least one other Michelle, if not more than one. I'm used to there being more than one, but usually there's at least one class where I'm the only one. sigh. Irritating.


Yeah, so overall I'm pretty happy with my teachers and classes. And I have people in every class except French! I'm so surprised by that. Last year I had no one in pre-calc or euro.

Now I have to rush and do calc homework and physics reading and possibly small prep for the essay tomorrow if I have time before going to the school at... like 5-ish for the football game. sigh. I hate having football games the first day of school. I hate having football games on Thursdays period, I guess. Luckily, we only have one more Thursday game.

Heh, it does seem kind of crazy, but my school is rather AP-crazy, and there are people who take like 3-4 APs their junior year (I only took 1 junior year) and calculus when they're like in 11th grade (some even when they're in 10th) which is even crazier.

aack first day of school but it sounds like it went well. I love french and sometimes I do think it's kinda pointless and I feel like dropping it but the language is so pretty.

Yeah, I think all that's keeping me in that class now is that I really love the language. But yeah, the rest of the first day went well.
