!! omg. I just convinced my mom to buy me tickets for both X Games Skateboard Vert and Skateboard Best Trick. This is so amazing. :DDD Um, yeah, I haven't talked about this before here, but I totally love the X Games and Gravity Games (X Games are superior, though) and everything like it. I don't know why it is, but I find it totally awesome to watch, and I go insane about it every year. And they're in L.A. this year, once again, so it's actually feasible for me to go! My mom was a little annoyed about it being in L.A. because while it isn't so far that it's impossible, it is a hassle to drive there and back, especially twice in a row (one is on a Friday, the other is the next day). Last year I got free tickets to the skateboard Big Air which was totally awesome, but this is even better, because Skateboard Vert and Best Trick are my favorite events. eee I'm so excited for this. I told myself earlier that I had to definitely find out about tickets in advance and get them (I didn't last year, it was a total last minute thing where a friend of the family who works for KROQ found out I liked the X Games and said she could get me 2 free tickets), but I didn't think I'd actually manage it. Now I just have to make sure Annie is free to go on August 5th and 6th (if you're not, I will kill you >:O). Or if Annie can't go to one or both dates, find someone else who would want to (Tiffany? Lulu? Anyone?). This is going to rock so much. :D

Anyways. Uh. I think more people should comment here and tell me stuff to photograph. Anything at all, really. It can be totally random. I'll post the pictures Friday night or Saturday, since I'll be able to photograph everything by then.

Oh, also, I edited the post with the lyrics meme with the answers since I didn't think anyone else would guess any. So if there were any you thought you should've known (or ones I know you should have known, coughTiffanycough), then you can go check.

I know very little about some of the people on my friends list. Some people I know relatively well. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you friended me and I thank you.

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so... she likes office supplies."

I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal.

Ok, off to tackle book 5. Only 3 days (provided it arrives when Barnes and Noble claims it will)! Insanity.

blah. fine. But hey; what The Used concert? How do I not know about this? I want to go! >:O When and where? Who else is playing? Give me info! >:O But it's ok about the X Games, I haven't even talked about it to Annie who I would offer the extra tickets to first, as she was the one who got me into the games in the first place, and I think Tiffany would possibly be interested in going (don't know for sure. But hey, who cares? I'll make her come anyways! :) I'm such a great friend to her).

...uh the Universal Ampitheatre (now Gibson Ampitheatre, but same place) is pretty far. =/ It's up in the LA area, I believe. My mom despises driving up there. And I've already convinced her to drive me up there both August 5th and 6th for X Games, so I definitely am not even thinking about asking her to drive me up there for any other reason anytime soon. Meh, I saw The Used last March, anyways, and I haven't been as into their music for awhile now. So, I don't mind missing it so much. I'll catch them next time, and hopefully they'll be a lot closer to Irvine.

Yeah, I just checked, and it's actually farther than L.A. It's past Beverly Hills and Hollywood and all that. There's no chance in hell my mom would agree to that after already agreeing to take me up to the X Games two days in a row. Oh well. Next time.
