Amazon.com: Recommended for You - The Princess Diaries, Volume VI: Princess in Training
Recommended because: you purchased The Sims 2: Nightlife Expansion Pack
...ok, seriously. Is Amazon.com on crack? Because how the fuck do you go "Hm, she bought The Sims 2 expansion! Clearly she must be interested in the sixth Princess Diaries book!"
They also have recommended Dora the Explorere: Fairytale Adventures, and the CD Never Gone by the Backstreet Boys for the same reason. Oh, and a Mikasa Parchment Gravy Boat and Stand because I said I owned The Daily Show with Jon Stewart Presents America. wtf, Amazon?
Today I spent most of the morning playing The Sims 2 rather than doing homework/studying. Then went to see A Christmas Carol at South Coast Rep which is always nice to see (we see it every year). It's cool, too, because I was looking through the program and one of the actresses played the realtor on the third episode of this season of The O.C., and another played a demon on Charmed in season 6, and another played the cab driver in Storming the Castle on the fist season of Arrested Development. Such random parts, but really cool to be like "OMG I SAW THEM ON TV!" Then the rest of the night has been spent procastinating doing any work. sigh. I need to work harder in school.
bah. 14 more days until break.

Date: 2005-12-06 04:47 am (UTC)Actually, the funny thing is I do have the first four books. But Amazon doesn't know that! Maybe it's stalking me.

Date: 2005-12-06 04:50 am (UTC)Well, 14 days (now 13!) is actually the schooldays, not total days. So it's more like 3 weeks. Our first day of break is the 23rd. Hopefully it'll go by quickly, though.
