So, I got The Office Season 2 and Arrested Development Season 3 today from Amazon.com. I've finished all my homework except finding a passage in The Scarlet Letter that reflects the Romantic movement but that isn't going to take 4 hours. So, the question is, do I leave my DVDs until the weekend, or do I start them tonight? I'm pretty sure I don't have the willpower to wait until the weekend, but I won't get very far in them tonight, and I doubt I'll have much time tomorrow to do anything because I have a calc quiz Friday and an English essay and I'm sure a million other things that will be assigned tomorrow. Ah, but I want to start them so badly! But I also don't want to start a few episodes and then have to wait two days to continue them. sigh. Decisions, decisions.

Uh, other than that, nothing much has been going on (other than lots of homework and lots of marching band) which is why I haven't been posting. I'm liking all my classes except French, which is to be expected, and even that's not as bad as I thought it would be. I'm especially liking English (even though thinking about all those essays we have yet to write freaks me out).

I've been watching Prison Break, Vanished, and House, but I haven't been posting about them because I haven't had much to say. I'm really, really loving Prison Break this season, probably more than last season. House is still good, but I'm just incapable of really getting invested in it. I do enjoy it, though. Vanished still isn't great, but I think Gale Harold has started to get more comfortable in his role by these episodes, and the episodes are improving. Heroes doesn't start for a few more weeks, so I'll at least keep watching until then. I'm still convinced it'll be cancelled soon, but then again, I have no idea what the ratings are, so it could be doing wonderfully.

I'm tired. Is first semester over yet? I can't wait until second semester.

I know, it's been great so far this season. I think I'm just kind of liking the change of scenery from the jail, and I don't know. It's all just pretty awesome.

Yep, I think it's the change of scenery as well. Which is weird, because last year when they talked about no longer being in prison for S2 I didn't think I would like it. But I don't miss the prison setting at all, because their being free opens up so many new possibilities.

Haha, it's so hard to focus on school work when you have shiny DVDs.

And (though I haven't watched the latest ep yet) I'm liking Vanished better as it goes on. Still don't love it, but I agree that Gale's getting more comfortable in the role. And the plot's becoming more interesting, I think.

It is! I'm not so worried about tonight, because if I do watch some it's no big deal in terms of schoolwork, but I'm afraid tomorrow night I'll be like "So I have a million things to do, but... I have DVDs that I've been waiting ages for! I should watch those instead of actually doing schoolwork or something productive!" Hopefully I'll have enough willpower not to.

Yeah, I'm liking it a lot better each episode. I am getting more interested in the plot/mystery. And yeah, I didn't really love Gale in the pilot, but in each episode he's gotten better and better, and I really loved him in the most recent episode. So at least there's that.

I'm afraid that when my VMars S2 DVDs come, I'll forget about school completely. :/ I REALLY hope they come tomorrow...

Glad you're liking all your classes, and well, I'm not really surprised about french, because all my friends who took it hated it too. At least this is your last year of it, right?

Vanished is getting mildly better, but Gale is definitely getting hotter by the ep.

I can't wait until second semester either. :|
