brokenrecordSo, thankfully I was able to finally watch the Battlestar Galactica mini-series, and then also the first two episodes. I think I like it. The more I watch, the more invested in the characters I get, and the more I end up liking the show. I'm not obsessed over it yet, but I wasn't obsessed over Veronica Mars after like 2 or 3 episodes either, and look how obsessed with that show I am. So yeah, we'll see, I guess. I did that Friday and spent the rest of the weekend downloading season 1 and it finally finished last night at like 11 PM so I'll start watching season 1 today.
This morning was summer school. blah. Economics was all right, just very boring. I wouldn't be anymore interested in it during the school year, though, so it's fine. And the teacher seems nice enough, even if he's boring, so I don't think I'll start hating him like I hate Mme. de Berry or Mr. Tran. Political Science was a lot better. The first half was boring, but when Mr. Sorey started lecturing it was amusing because it just felt like I was right back in his AP US class sophomore year. I have a feeling I'll like that class way more than Econ.
Anyways, now for lunch, and then watching the rest of season 1 of BSG.
Edit: gah. Spoke too soon. Apparently I didn't choose well downloading, and I ended up with a season worth of episodes that stop playing after the first 5-10 seconds. sigh. So now I get to spend three more days finding a new copy of the season and downloading that instead. And I was really looking forward to watching the rest of season 1 today and tomorrow. :( sigh.
