I've been updating so infrequently, but nothing's really been happening. Last Saturday I went to the Spectrum with Annie which was awesome because I hadn't seen Annie since we saw Miss Saigon in like May, but also sucked because it was like the hottest day of the year (it was 98 degrees when I was driving home at 5:30. Ridiculous). But it was awesome seeing her again, and I got three new CDs: 30 Second to Mars's A Beautiful Lie, Mike Doughty's Haughty Melodic, and Muse's Black Holes and Relevations.

Since then, I've pretty much just been rewatching Queer as Folk. I've watched up to 303, so I should be done by Saturday I would think. I'll probably make a post about some random thoughts I've had while rewatching once I finish.

I had my senior picture on Tuesday, which was... okay. I don't know, it just felt weird, because I had to smile like continuously and I don't know. It was just weird. Hopefully I'll get a decent shot. Glad it's done with, in any case.

New York in just a little over a week! It seemed so far away, and now it's so close! Ah, I'm excited.

Anyways, I guess I should study a bit for my political science test tomorrow. So close to being done with summer school! And then more Queer as Folk! :D

Good luck with that test. And yay for summer school being nearly over! oh I love QaF but sadly there are still episodes that I haven't watched because I don't have them. I love season 1.

Thanks! :) I can't wait until summer school is over.

Oh, really? Which ones haven't you seen? I was lucky enough that my friend had the first four seasons on her computer when I expressed an interest in the show and she burned them all on a disc for me to watch. And then season 5 started airing like the week after I finished all the episodes. I've only seen all the episodes once, though, back when I first watched them last year, so it's fun to go through them again.

Well at least political science sounds interesting. Sort of. *g*

oh hey that's lucky indeed! Actually I started watching QaF around s5 so I've seen most of the eps there. It's a little weird getting into a show right at the end! I've also watched the whole of season 1 and like half of season 2, some of them through my sister's friend who had burnt copies of season 1. Some I downloaded but I stopped because I can't download too much. I would love to watch s3 because everyone seems to like it.

Actually, I do really like political science. It still sucks to be studying for a test in the middle of summer, though.

Ah yeah, I really like season 3. I don't know which season is my favorite, since I think seasons 1 and 2 are really different from 3-5, just because they got 22 and 20 episodes while the latter 3 seasons only got 13 or 14 each. But I do really love season 3, especially the second half of it.

It sounds interesting, is it about government and stuff? I think we had to learn about stuff like that when I did constitutional law last semester. oh how come you have to do summer school?

That's true, I wonder why they changed the number of episodes. So what happens in s3? Is there Ted/Emmett??

Yeah, it's basically just about government. It starts off about different types of governments and then it's primarly about the U.S. government. The test I have tomorrow is on the judiciary branch. The two classes I'm taking in summer school, political science and economics, are required by my high school to graduate (I think it's required for all schools in California, but I could be wrong). I wanted to have an extra period on my schedule senior year for another class I wanted to take but I couldn't do that if I was taking a semester of poli sci and a semester of econ, so I decided to take them in the summer so I could take the other class during the school year. So it's my own choice I'm in summer school, but I still like complaining about it.

Yeah, I know, it's weird they changed the number of episodes. There is Ted/Emmett in season 3, which I'm not a huge fan of but I also don't dislike. Brian and Justin are apart for the first half of the season, but it's so worth it for the episode when they get back together. It's possibly my favorite episode of the series. Season 3 is when Hunter's first introduced, and I really love him. Michael's uncle Vic finally gets a boyfriend. And there's this season-long storyline involving politics and stuff that I can't explain very well but I really like as well. And I absolutely love the season 3 finale. So yeah, there's just a bunch of things I love about season 3.

Ah I see that's cool and besides I complain about classes I like all the time too. *g* You're required to take poli sci and econ? wow.

I like the Ted/Emmett friendship that I've seen so far, like in s5. Oh I like Hunter too, s3 sounds interesting.
